years, and would of hunted every year if not for ''the luck of the draw'' on tags. I was
successful on 2 of those years but not for lack of opportunity, I am a very selective hunter.
There are always good numbers of very nice trophy whitetail and always the potential for
record breaking bucks. One of my bucks was 170 class 11 point, with a 25'' outside spread.
Jeremy is very knowledgeable of the deer patterns on this land and
knows how to strategically locate good quality tree stands, and great
recovery skills after you are successful. Thanks to the Hermann
family for my whitetail adventures and I will definitely hunt there
again, depending of course on ''The Luck of the Draw''.

My cousin and I gun hunted for deer in early December of 2007 with Jeremy Hermann
from Luck of the Draw Outfitters. After going into this hunt kind of blind and not
knowing what to expect, we were more than happy with the end results. The Hermann
family and Luck of the Draw Outfitters went out of their way to make sure we had a
great experience. We filled 3 out of 4 tags and saw several other nice bucks including one
Boone and Crockett buck on the last day. Since that hunt, I have been saving my
preference points to get an archery tag and when I do, you can bet I will be back in
southern Iowa with Luck of the Draw Outfitters.

videotaping many quality bucks and several Boone and
Crocket bucks 170’ and above. Jeremy Hermann is
exceptional at locating these bucks and he put me in great

On November 13th I shot a 144” Pope and Young 12 point
with split brow tines and some kickers to boot. This was my first buck and
my first archery season and I’m happy to say all my friends hated me.

Outfitters’ and book a hunt with him. He is truly an expert at hunting and
will put you on some big bucks.
